Week 3
WEEK 3 Welcome to week three of the school year. Year 3 and up at the school, will start swimming lessons next week. Year 1/2 will begin the week after. If the weather is bad or it is cold, Mr Xavi will decide closer to the time whether or not the children will go swimming or have a normal P.E. lesson. So they will have to come with their swimming clothes each Wednesday. BUT NOT NEXT WEEK!!! PSPE Here was our provocation this week about sharing, manners, being positive and working as a team. We have created a set of agreements that the students decided we should try to achieve in our class. MATHS This week we used computers to try to understand the role of each digit in a number. So the number 47 means that there are 4 tens and 7 ones in that number. this will be important to remember when we start to add and subtract numbers.
